A 700 sqft unit and walking distance to G-Tower, Ampang Park LRT Station, Intermark Mall, G Tower, Ampang Park Mall for variety of work and leisure purposes. It is located opposite the Thai Embassy and right next to China Embassy. Guests will enter/exit via a hotel lobby. Grocery and 7-11 is 5 minutes away where you can easily buy daily needs, foods and beverages :) The space This is a 1 Bedroom service apartment unit that measures approximately 700 square feet w a Private Balcony. You will have the entire apartment and the mesmerizing view of KL City landscape all for yourself. My place is located on the 5th floor, accessible via a lift. Walk to KLCC is also possible in about 15-20mins, KLCC is about 1km away. Safe area: China Embassy is nextdoor and Thai Embassy is just right infront of the building. Hock Choon Supermarket and Jaya Grocer is 5 mins walk away. Also note that there are groceries store, pharmacy, few restaurants, spa, car rental, laundry etc in the building itself.
